Health and Nutrition

Our mission

Assist people in a professional way in improving their health and joint care through personal nutritional advice. Every person is unique: what benefits one person can have the opposite effect on the other.

We think it is important to listen carefully to our clients. We know better than anyone how difficult it is to (have to) change eating habits. Our intensive personal support effortlessly goes further than just nutritional advice.

Everyone is different, so every treatment is tailor-made. We discuss your personal situation during a consultation, which is the starting point for our dietary and dietary advice in any case of a living human being.

"I wanted to try it myself first, but it turned out that I wasn't doing it right" Marja Faucet and "I experience an appointment with a dietitian as a pep talk because I want to make sure my clients are getting happy results when they leave" Reina Dickson

What You Need To Know

Joint Pains

If you are overweight, you are overweight relative to your height.
This increases the risk of getting health problems like joint pains. The excess weight in kilos therefore hinders your health. In addition, being overweight can cause psychological problems, such as less self-confidence, a negative self-image and stress. In short, you are not feeling well.

Diet and Overweight

To achieve a healthy weight again, you will have to lose weight. And losing weight and eating healthy go well together. With nutritional advice that has been specially made for you, you gradually lose weight. Losing weight does not have to be fast: healthy and gradual weight loss has the advantage that the result is lasting. And then all the effort is not for nothing!

Nutrition and Diabetes

Diabetes mellitus or diabetes is a health-related health problem. Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease in which the blood sugar level is disrupted.

There are several types of diabetes, but the most common are type 1 diabetes (“juvenile diabetes”) and type 2 (“age diabetes”). Type 1 is often referred to as “juvenile diabetes” because this condition usually develops before the age of thirty.

Type 2 originally occurred primarily in people over forty years of age. However, because of overweight, this type is becoming more common and at an increasingly younger age. A diet is an important part of the treatment of diabetes. If you have diabetes (“diabetes”) and you also suffer from being overweight, a small weight reduction can already affect your blood sugar level.
